hits a new record high – wahoo!
I am a Blogger! I share my ideas and comments to the world
out there. It is something like being a
Radio Announcer that speaks into a Microphone to an audience that he or she
cannot see.
You hope that someone is
listening but you are never sure!
You get excited about what you
publish but then you never know if anyone really takes any interest.
I have faithful friends that
peek at the Blog from time to time. They tell me that they do this to find out
where I am and what I do. They also
comment on what I write from time to time.
I launched this Blog in June
2008 just as we were transitioning from being the Minister in a church to the
new things in my life. At the time it was A LITTLE shaky to say the least – not
knowing where or how we were going to take the next steps forward.
That all happened 4 years ago
this month and weeks.
In June 2008 I transitioned my
Blogging from the one that had our church name on it (http://northviewchurch.blogspot.ca/)
to this present Blog address.
Under
the old Blog posting site I reached the high mark of posts at 625 – in other
words I posted 625 articles… and there has been 8600 pageviews under that name
from February 2006 until June 2008.
Under
this present Blog address which started in June 2008 up until the present time
June 2012 – I have posted 1324 times and there has been 117,434 pageviews.
(I
am not sure that you have the great interest that I have in this matter… and I
suspect that it has to be another Blogger that can get a little excited about
these kinds of stats.)
Today
is a special day in my Blogging World.
Today the Blog’s visitors and pageviews combined went over a new record
high as you see on the chart graph below. Wahoo!

Okay
Okay… I know that is not that big a deal to you. But in my small world I get
excited about little things.
This
past month the Monthly Totals have reached a new high over the last 12 months
time. In other words it is growing each month as the following chart shows you.

Now
I know that the chart is a wee bit affected by the dramatic rise in hits
yesterday… but it still shows good growth.
Is
Blogging worth it? Is the time that I
take almost every morning to peck out the words that I create worth it all?
The
answer to both questions is a hearty “YES”. I love doing this publishing.
Now
I know there are celebrities that get into the millions each day when they
post. But I also know there are some
that get just a few folk reading what they write… yet their writing is amazing –
no one knows where they are.
What
I do and how it is happening – is all because or readers like you.
Today
