Today’s Blog Post

Old People and Old Body Parts that are Famous

My last post was about Old People… this one is also about Old People… sheesh! I am with Old People a lot these days. At McDonalds most people are Old as well… Old in the Morning and Old at night… Old, Old, Old.

So yesterday they cut off an Old Leg of an Old Lady… in fact she is now 94 years old, and so was the leg.

The reports that I read told me they did it to save the Old Lady’s life.

The Old Lady fell down in July breaking her leg. They put a new part in her Old Body but new infection invaded her Old Body… and at the beginning of Friday unless they took her Old Leg off she was likely going to die.

Now much of what I wrote will not make much of a difference unless you are really important. And if the leg was important… it would make news as well.

Well that leg was important as well – even though it was 94 years old and had gone with the Old Lady everywhere.

Are you ready for this… you already know the leg and the Old Lady that it belongs to…

Zsa Zsa Gabor owned that right leg… and the whole world heard about it late last night for the first time.
(sorry I couldn't get a 94 Year old Zsa Zsa photo...)
Zsa Zsa was married a few times… Wikipedia states the following…quote..
Gabor has been married nine times. She was divorced seven times, and one marriage was annulled. Her husbands, in chronological order, are:
Burhan Asaf Belge (1937–1941) (divorced)
Conrad Hilton (April 10, 1942–1947) (divorced)
George Sanders (April 2, 1949 – April 2, 1954) (divorced)
Herbert Hutner (November 5, 1962 – March 3, 1966) (divorced)
Joshua S. Cosden, Jr. (March 9, 1966 – October 18, 1967) (divorced)
Jack Ryan (January 21, 1975 – August 24, 1976) (divorced)
Michael O'Hara (August 27, 1976–1983) (divorced)
Felipe de Alba (April 13, 1983 – April 14, 1983) (annulled)
Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt (August 14, 1986 – present)

Due to her high number of divorces, she once claimed that she was a good housekeeper because every time she divorced, she kept the house.
End quote

Zsa Zsa had two rather famous sisters as well, Eva and Magda. Both died younger, Eva at 76 and Magda at 82.

In Hong Kong, up on a mountain there is a monastery. In that monastery is a very old body of a priest. After he was buried the conditions were just right for his body to not decay but rather shrivel up… mummified I think. The older priests and his friends exhumed his body and covered it in Gold Leaf. He now sits in a glass enclosure (at least the last time I saw him… he was…) Kind of morbid… but it does pay for the Monastery.. people come to pray and be near something like this.

Now Zsa Zsa’s leg, though it is 94 years old now, could be a good thing for Hollywood.. wouldn’t you think?

As I read the stories of these three sisters over I couldn’t help be amazed at their resilience and ability to rise again from nothingness and near disaster to what they became today.

Wow!

I wish Zsa Zsa the best… hang in there Old Girl! I loved your line… “I am a good housekeeper because every time I divorced, she kept the house dahling!”
